Meet Your Judges
Sam Hollis
As a successful business owner and web development agency owner, Sam is well-versed in marketing topics. He understands the importance of building a digital footprint, having a good website and employing marketing tactics to get you seen online.
Karen Babbington
Having built, grown and sold businesses in the legal sector Karen understands the importance of marketing. She’s provided strategic sales and marketing services which span across the legal sector.
Scott Simmons
A Business Development Specialist in the Legal Sector, Scott helps lawyers turn into rainmakers. He knows how to help lawyers have an impact on the growth of their firm.
Astrid Bowser MBA BSc
Astrid has been a judge for the Legal Growth Awards for two years on the go. Having led the team at Certainty - The National Will Register as well as helped clients with business consultancy, she’s got a fantastic handle on legal growth.
Stuart Burlton
With a national role in the FSB and as a business owner with many years of experience Stuart is a welcome addition to our judging panel. His manufacturing business has worked with legal firms, and all manner of businesses helping them to make an impression.
Mark Jarvis
Mark helps people to grow, and businesses to scale and exit. His focus as a Business Mentor, Coach and Trainer is all about the growth mindset and how businesses employ tactics to achieve growth.
Emma Easton
A marketing agency owner and lecturer with clients in a multitude of sectors, she understands how the brand affects marketing and helps businesses to apply strategic marketing for scalable growth. She’s also on our panel of speakers.
Martyn Jennings (MJ)
MJ is a marketer and agency owner. Having spoken at the inaugural Legal Growth Conference about SEO and working with legal clients, he understands legal marketing.
Mike Roberts
Mike is a social media expert. He’s well-versed in all manner of visual marketing tactics. He spoke at the inaugural Legal Growth Conference in 2023 and runs his own agency - Making Digital Real.
Andy Nisevic BA (Hons)
Andy is a public speaker and leadership expert. He’s helped businesses develop their teams, helped them understanding the challenges hampering their growth and to overcome problems associated with rapid growth.
Tommy Findlay CENG MBA
Coming from an aerospace engineering background Tommy is highly focussed on process, systems and CSR. He knows how tech can help a business to scale and helps his clients to effect change.
