The Agenda
The 2026 Speaker Line-Up
Laurey Buckland
Host and Conference Chair
Laurey Buckland is a former journalist and English teacher turned storytelling strategist.
Using her signature StoryLed™ method, she helps founders and CEOs build storytelling systems that scale their voice, influence, and visibility, without losing their soul.
Combining journalistic curiosity with strategic messaging insight, Laurey helps leaders translate their lived experience into stories that connect, convert, and build legacy.
At a time when marketing budgets are tightening and visibility still drives growth, Laurey shows that you don’t need a bigger team to make a bigger impact; you just need to tell better stories.
Her work helps leaders rediscover the power of their own voice, build trust through authenticity, and elevate their personal brand above the noise. Because there’s nothing more persuasive or more profitable than being unmistakably yourself.

Elsie Greenjordan
Growing a client base without breaking the bank can feel impossible but Elsie Greenjordan is proof it isn’t. This belief led her to found Elsie Green Consulting, where she helps service-based professionals scale sustainably through strategic personal branding and network-driven growth.
Raised by entrepreneurial parents who ran a multi-million-pound, international agricultural research company, Elsie was immersed early in the world of business. She spent her formative years learning alongside some of the UK’s leading business minds before the business was taken over by Dyson. She learned two critical lessons, the power of personal branding and the importance of building and leveraging a strong network.
By the age of 25, these skills propelled Elsie into leading the marketing strategy for a large St. James’s Place wealth management practice. She played a key role in helping the firm’s expansion to become one of the founding partners of St. James’s Place Dubai operation.
For the past 18 months, Elsie has worked as the founder and lead consultant of Elsie Green Consulting, helping financial advisers and other service-based professionals attract high-ticket clients, without spending a penny on paid advertising.
