Legal Growth Conference & Awards 2026 – Ticket Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket purchases for the Legal Growth Conference and Awards 2026 (“the Event”) organised by Legal Growth, a trading name of TSLTD Limited (company number 10788374), registered at 3 Ashworth Close, Lincoln, LN6 7HN (“the Organiser”).

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Ticket Purchase and Confirmation

1.1. Tickets must be purchased through the official Legal Growth website or an authorised reseller.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3. Once payment is received, you will receive an email confirmation. This acts as your proof of purchase.
1.4. Tickets are valid only for the named attendee(s) and are not transferable without prior written approval from the Organiser.

2. Ticket Types and Inclusions

2.1. Each ticket type specifies the access level (e.g. Conference only, Awards only, or Combined).
2.2. Your ticket includes only the items and access described in the product listing at the time of purchase.
2.3. Any additional benefits, such as refreshments, networking opportunities, or post-event activities (e.g. Beers & Business Legal), are subject to change or cancellation at the Organiser’s discretion.

3. Event Changes and Cancellation

3.1. The Organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the event programme, speakers, venue, or timings at any time.
3.2. In the unlikely event of postponement, your ticket will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
3.3. If the event is cancelled entirely, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid.
3.4. The Organiser is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

4. Refunds and Transfers

4.1. All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases of full event cancellation (see section 3.3).
4.2. Name changes may be permitted up to 7 days before the event, subject to written request.
4.3. Tickets cannot be resold or offered for commercial gain without express permission.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards all participants, exhibitors, and staff.
5.2. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.

6. Photography, Video and Media

6.1. The Event may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
6.2. By attending, you grant the Organiser permission to use images or video footage that may include you in marketing materials, event highlights, and social media, without compensation.
6.3. If you wish not to be included in such material, please notify the Organiser in writing prior to the event.

7. Liability

7.1. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to persons or property except where caused by its own negligence.
7.2. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://legalgrowth.co.uk/privacy-policy.
8.2. Your details may be shared with event partners and sponsors where relevant to your participation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
