During the call we will take the opportunity to get to know you, your business/department and the challenges you face. We will ask questions to understand how things stand currently and what’s in place.

Insight and Research

We will then use the information provided on the discovery call to enable us to further research the project prior to providing you with a proposal. For us this might look like SEO reports, extensive market research or something more subtle.

Proposal

Once we have all the information we need, we will provide you with a proposal which we will present to you. It will enable us to get immediate feedback and to discuss next steps.

Onboarding

We then get formal agreement to our terms and conditions, set up payment schedules, and agree timescales. Most importantly, we can then get to work.
