Beyond the File is a multi-disciplinary safeguarding consultancy founded by Kirsty Findlay (Registered Social Worker, LL.B) and Becca Clements (Registered Mental Health Nurse). They deliver statutory reviews, training, desktop reviews and safeguarding supervision across health, social care and criminal justice.
The website
Beyond the File launched in 2025 and needed a professional website and CRM system that reflected the credibility and specialism of their practice from day one.
- Designed and built a professional website clearly communicating their four core service areas
- Set up TomCRM to manage enquiries, client communications and service bookings
- Created a brand identity and design approach appropriate for a serious safeguarding practice
- Ensured the site positioned both founders' credentials and experience prominently
