What a Year It’s Been! 🚀

2024 has been nothing short of transformative. From achieving major milestones like completing my digital marketing apprenticeship with distinction to embracing small but meaningful moments, this year has been all about growth, challenges, and the people who’ve shaped the journey.

Here are some of the stories and lessons that made this year unforgettable:

Big Wins and Small Moments

- Collaborating With Incredible Clients

This year, I had the privilege of working with some amazing clients, helping to tell their stories through video. Whether it was creating recruitment videos with Hiicom, documenting growth for The Moss Man, or capturing inspiring moments for Lincolnshire Marketing events, every project reminded me of the importance of authentic storytelling. Each filming day was a mix of creativity, challenges, and collaboration—moments I’m truly proud to have been part of.

- Networking With a Twist

Hosting the Business IMP event was a career highlight—not just because it was successful but because it was fun. Between VR games, signature cocktails, and pizza, it was anything but your standard networking event. Watching people relax, connect, and collaborate in such a unique space reminded me that building relationships is at the heart of business—and it doesn’t always have to be done in a conference room.

- Launching My YouTube Channel

Starting my photography-focused YouTube channel was a leap of faith. I remember nervously hitting “publish” on my first video, wondering if anyone would watch. Seeing those first 5 subscribers and over 2,800 views was a moment I won’t forget. It reminded me that every small start, no matter how intimidating, can lead to something much bigger.

- Behind the Wheel

Stepping out of my comfort zone at a driving experience day in Wimbish felt like a metaphor for my year. Whether it was handling a Dodge Hellcat in the rain or pivoting strategies for digital campaigns, this year has been all about staying adaptable, learning on the go, and embracing the journey—rain or shine.

- Health, Reflection, and Gratitude

Not everything this year went as planned. An unexpected health scare and surgery reminded me to slow down and prioritize balance. Taking time to recover in Crete was a turning point—it gave me space to reflect, recharge, and appreciate the small things that fuel creativity and drive.

Lessons From 2024

This year has been packed with lessons that I’ll carry into 2025:

- Consistency Builds Trust: From growing TikTok accounts to launching YouTube videos, showing up regularly creates meaningful results.

- Passion Inspires Progress: Whether it’s crafting film recipes or organizing conferences, pouring energy into what I love has fueled my growth.

- Collaboration Is Key: Every project this year has been a testament to the power of working with talented people.

2025 is already shaping up to be another big year. From more TikTok videos and new creative projects to more spontaneous moments behind the camera, I’m ready to hit the ground running.

And if 2024 has taught me anything, it’s to embrace the small wins, take the risks, and keep looking for new ways to connect and create. Whether it’s through a networking event (with pizza, of course) or behind the lens of a Fujifilm camera, I’m excited to see where this journey leads.
